When good people get together, good thing happen.  

According to McKinsey & Co. who has been studying consumer behavior since 1926, the most powerful form of marketing is word-of-mouth. Word-of-mouth carries enormous influence and generally happens when a person feels special in a trusted relationship. 


Many people and companies consider key relationships to be among their most valuable assets. And even with this understanding, some report being “too busy” or unsure of what to do and how to touch people in ways that will genuinely enhance those connections. 


Connecting with people in heartfelt and unique ways on a consistent basis results in deeper, more meaningful bonds and top-of-mind status. Enriching people's lives makes an impact and can pay dividends for years to come. Pouring into people is too important to do "tomorrow".

Core beliefs:

  • Relationships require nurturing which many people rush past to do business.
  • Open honest communication is critical to any relationship, even with yourself. 
  • Always do what you say. If not, how can anyone put faith in what you say? 
  • Appreciate peoples' time. It is our mast valuable commodity and must be appreciated. 
  • Be curious. "Be more interested than interesting" -Dale Carnegie 
  • Take action. Anyone can do this.  
  • Show up in memorable ways. Put yourself in the other person's shoes.
  • When you stay organized, you never need to get organized. 
  • Accept responsibility. What role are you playing in every scenario, good or bad.
  • Make someone’s day everyday. This is easy to do and will enhance their life and yours.
